We target world-class talent by producing in-depth competitor intelligence reports (CIRs) for our clients, followed by a confidential executive search, with all our assignments being led by our Partners. This ensures there is no dilution in intellectual property, and, coupled with the in-depth CIRs we produce – which analyse our clients’ competition and their key performers, organisational structure and compensation models – means we are able to continually advise clients to enable them to make critical decisions during the executive search. Our rigorous processes and deep roots in our sector are instrumental in helping clients attract and integrate individuals from competitor firms in new and diverse markets, or merge with or acquire other companies that we identify for them. As the quality of your candidates has a dramatic impact on your reputation, it is important when you represent someone that you provide as much information as you can about them. Our assessment tool, based on valuemetric science, examines why, not how, people behave in a certain way, providing unique information about someone’s subconscious automatic thinking and decision-making preferences, at a level not subject to change with emotion.
