Bradley has a proven history of founding and exiting businesses within the Recruitment and Technology sectors, such as Broadbean, and is well placed to assist search firms in their quest to build real value and buy or sell successfully.
Lucy is a Senior Researcher at ALC, having joined us from Odgers Berndtson’s sports division. She has 5 years’ experience placing executives into C-suite positions including board work. Lucy’s additional responsibilities include guiding ALC’s diversity and inclusion strategy. She graduated in Political Science and International Relations from Birmingham University and has spent time living and working in South Africa.
Beverley graduated from the University of St Andrews with a degree in Economics with Modern Languages before starting her HR career with a graduate training programme in a Management Consultancy. Following her four year term in HR, she has worked exclusively in Executive Search and Senior Level Resourcing roles. She has worked in executive search her entire career including stints with management consulting organisations and large corporates such as KPMG, Ernst & Young and most recently, BP. At BP Beverley led a team responsible for delivering resourcing solutions for the US, Alaska, Norway and North Sea region. Her experience also encompasses specialist boutique firms where her involvement has been as a Consultant and Adviser. Beverley is truly passionate about recruitment and supports two charities helping graduates into work and volunteers at local secondary schools helping students improve their interview skills.
Philip heads up ALC’s M&A offering, assisting ALC’s clients with strategic growth towards an exit. Through ALC’s strategic alliance with Optima Corporate Finance, of which Philip is the Founder, he can provide our clients with essential guidance to help maximise the value of their business. Philip is a Chartered Accountant by background, with over 20 years’ experience specifically in the human capital sector, on acquisitions and disposals but also on valuations, fundraising and exit strategies. He also contributes regularly to the recruitment press, has presented numerous seminars, is a judge for awards and contributes to panel discussions.
Katie is a Researcher for the ALC group of companies. Katie read English Language and Literature in her native Poland before attending Aberystwyth University where she studied Film and Drama. With a post-graduate qualification in education, Katie has worked as a supply teacher in Wales and continues to demonstrate her creative talents by developing a new methodology to enhance an individual’s artistic personality. She previously worked at ALC Discovery before becoming a permanent Researcher with ALC in 2018.
Maria is a Researcher / Executive Assistant for the ALC group of companies. Maria is a qualified business support specialist. Originally from Latvia where she managed her family’s business, Maria has since been providing exemplary support services to UK-based businesses for the previous two years. The ALC Group team is really delighted she’s here to help them with executive search research and general support, for clients as well as internally.
Joanna is the ALC group of companies’ Head of Marketing and Communications and has 20 years’ marketing experience, notably with British Airways Plc and the John Lewis Partnership. A recent addition to the team, Joanna is responsible for the group’s marcomms strategy as well as leading the complimentary marketing advisory services for our search industry clients. Joanna has worked in the fields of Relationship Marketing, Brand Identity, Advertising, PR, staff engagement and Internal Communications. She is also a qualified counsellor (Psychodynamic).

Samantha is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and a Registered Occupational Psychologist with the Health & Care Professions Council. She has extensive experience of using assessment profiling together with interview data to provide comprehensive reports to assist with decision-making for senior hires. Samantha has worked with clients from both the public and private sectors and from a broad range of industries including ICT, Telecoms, Local Government, NHS, Police, Retail, MoD, FMCG and Pharmaceutical.
In her spare time, she is studying for a MA in Coaching, is Chair of Governors of a local school which has recently converted to Outstanding, runs a book club which has appeared on TV and loves seeing musicals and live comedy.

She has designed and run large scale assessment centre projects for clients in the private and public sectors, including the Senior Civil Service, regulatory, retail, finance, health and leisure sectors. As well as leading and facilitating programmes on a client’s behalf, she has designed assessment methodologies to be adopted internally and trained staff in assessor skills.
Mandy has an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck University, London. She holds certificates in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Performance Coaching. She is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and member of the British Psychological Society.
Pamela originally built her executive and business experience as a Corporate Lender in the Finance sector, gaining great knowledge of the workings of a wide range of business and sectors and qualifying as a Chartered Banker. She combines this business acumen with in-depth people knowledge and experience as a Registered Occupational Psychologist. She has worked in both Private and Public sectors and across a wide range of industry sectors including Financial, Media, Pharmaceuticals, Telecomm, Manufacturing and Professional services.
Pamela has an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Leicester. As well as being certified in many profiling tools, she is an AC Accredited Master Executive Coach. She is a Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), a Founding Member of Association for Coaching and a Founder Member of the BPS Special Group for Coaching Psychology.
Olivia is the Executive Assistant to Tim Connolly, working very closely with him and helping him to manage the development and growth of ALC and its group of companies; particularly Business Development. She has an international background, having lived and worked overseas including Hong Kong, and has a degree from the London School of Economics in Politics and International Relations, and a master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Law. Previously, Olivia has worked as a fundraising researcher, and also within the not-for-profit sector.
Christina is a Senior Researcher at ALC and works closely with the firm’s Partners to ensure successful outcomes for ALC’s client searches, its mergers and acquisitions solutions and business intelligence offerings to executive search firms, as well as its human capital solutions for in-house executive search functions within corporate clients globally. With a background in Corporate Communications, Human Resources and Law, Christina holds a Master’s Degree from London School of Economics in Media, Communications and Development and supports the marketing and communications strategy of ALC and its associated businesses.
Julia is a Senior Client Partner at ALC and has spent her career in executive search, recruitment and human resourcing. She manages the client delivery process for ALC from research to final offer stage. Her focus is to ensure the very best service for both clients and candidates, and to build long-term relationships based on trust, commitment and quality. In recent years Julia has worked on board and executive level searches across technology, industrial and wealth management sectors. Her early career was spent building and managing a large aviation crew leasing firm, leasing pilots and flight engineers on contracts to airlines globally. Julia holds a degree in Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford University.

Robin manages technology and supports marketing and communications projects for the ALC group of companies from a digital perspective. With broad experience in design and technology, Robin recently launched ALC’s online Client Information Reporting (CIR) platform, and has an extensive background in web design.
Grant is a Partner at ALC and has over 20 years’ experience in executive search and in-house talent management. He has worked across many business sectors, from energy to financial services, and at ALC he is involved in continual candidate and client engagement throughout all of ALC’s search assignments.
Alison is a Founding Partner of ALC Discovery, which provides assessment solutions, performance management and coaching. She guides the delivery of our executive assessment business and specialises in giving one-to-one and group feedbacks. Alison’s experience is complemented by her continuing role as a coach and consultant, and 15 years working in HR search and the human capital industry. She also influences ALC’s own talent development, using the ALC Discovery assessment solution to maximise our effectiveness as a team and in hiring and onboarding new staff.
